Leadership involves abandoning the need of one to exist physically in the lead position, yet who can encourage and facilitate forward movement of a team toward a shared vision. Learn more about how I define leadership and the four principles that ground my practice in my Leadership Monograph.
I have grown to appreciate receiving feedback and understand the value of gaining perspectives outside of my limited and biased one.
